Our CEO class was able to tour First Mid Bank and Trust and speak with Sheila Wallace and Vicky Clark. These ladies explained how banking has evolved and all that there is to offer as a bank. Sheila explained the loan process and told the group, “No doesn’t always mean no. Sometimes it means not yet. So work on what you need to work on and try again.” They also lead the group in a fun activity and discussed business communication and how to stay professional as you speak to people.
